The List of Less Competitive Federal Universities in Nigeria

Nigeria students are finding hard to secure admission in the University after completing their WAEC Exams. Most of the students do not reach the cut-off marks for the school of their choice.

That is the time the candidate should start thinking about the change of course form to change to Universities where they stand a better chance of being admitted. There are many Universities in Nigeria, but most of them are highly competitive and that scares the students away.

JAMB is aware that not all candidates will have the ability to score what they need in order to find admission into their preferred Universities. That’s why JAMB will release the change of course/institution form after the UTME every year.

For instance, if you score below 200 in JAMB, gaining admission into Universities like University of Ibadan, University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), or Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria could be extremely difficult and almost impossible.
